CHICAGO — Matrix Partners, a full-service marketing firm dedicated to supporting pet product brands, announced Krista Ferry has been promoted to influencer and branded content specialist. Ferry joined the company in 2020 as a public relations and social media intern before taking on her previous role as public relations and influencer coordinator.

“Since joining the Matrix team, she’s played a key role in driving the agency’s digital presence and engagement on behalf of its clients through strategic influencer partnerships and compelling branded content,” the company said.

In her new role, Ferry will lead the company’s influencer program, working to grow relationships with existing influencers and helping to bring new influencers onboard. In addition, she will work to develop engaging campaigns for Matrix’s clients and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting performance metrics.

“From day one, Krista has been an integral part of our team, consistently demonstrating enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving category of social media and content marketing,” said Alyson Brodsky, public relations manager. “This promotion reflects her innovative approach, including her ability to identify emerging trends and establish meaningful relationships with influencers, which have played a pivotal role in the success of both Matrix Partners and our clients.”

In her free time, Ferry enjoys trying new restaurants, watching true crime documentaries, and spending time with her newly adopted domestic Shorthair kitten, Zilla, who was named after former Chicago Bulls player, Dennis “Rodzilla” Rodman.
