The new logo follows Whitebridge’s acquisition of Italy-based Agras Pet Food.

The two companies will now operate as Whitebridge Pet Brands and will be owned by investment firm NXMH.

The company has added a Gut Health formula with live probiotics, pumpkin and ginger.

The pet food and treat company has integrated Cardinal Pet Care’s Remedy+Recovery line under its Dogswell portfolio.

Grizzly Pet Products manufactures supplements with Wild Alaskan fish oils for dogs, cats and horses.
