Mike Ninichuck, the owner of Bakery Equipment & Controls Inc.(BEC), has 33 years of experience in the bakery industry. BEC is an efficient and economical choice for cookie, cracker, snack, and pet treat line installations. Prior to starting his own business, Mike worked with Consolidated Biscuit for 5 years, during which time he helped build 2 facilities for them. He also worked with Ralcorp for 5 years, during which time he assisted in moving 3 bakeries into 1 facility.
Mike has a broad knowledge base and experience in removals, installations, and relocations of cookie, cracker, snack, and pet treat lines and entire facilities. He has worked with small bakeries in expansions, up to Ralcorp size bakeries in acquisitions. He and his crew can problem solve on the spot, better than most in the industry, thanks to a combined 50 years of working with bakery equipment. BEC has also found that its bids are well under its competition and the final product is of higher quality.
BEC has worked across the United States, as well as internationally. There is no project too big or too small. BEC has a large inventory of used bakery equipment – give us a call for all your equipment needs!
The founder of BMF always had “flour on his hands”. That’s because Cloyd Barnes, Sr. took a great deal of interest in the baking industry and gained a great deal of knowledge over the years about the equipment that commercial bakers used– so much so that he started his own company, CK Bakery Machinery International in 1982!
