DENVER — KND Labs, a manufacturer of hemp-derived ingredients, has been granted certification from the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). The NSF certification applies to all of KND Labs’ CBD ingredients for use in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, sport, nutrition and pet products.

NSF’s certification verifies that KND Labs’ CBD products do not contain unsafe levels of contaminants or prohibited substances, including THC. Under the certification, KND Labs’ facilities have undergone rigorous operating procedures and independent testing to validate product quality.

“We hold ourselves to the highest standard throughout the manufacturing process,” said Nich Wilson, president of KND Labs. “Our team is focused on using the highest quality ingredients and maintaining strict processes that meet global supply chain practices. This recognition from NSF is a true honor as it affirms our commitment to compliance and as a trusted manufacturing partner for leading brands around the world.”

The NSF certification builds upon KND Labs’ extensive list of certifications, including Preferred Supplier from the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC), cGMP 111, cGMP 117, ISO 9001 and Kosher certified. The company offers hemp-derived CBD, CBG and other cannabinoids in powdered isolate, distillate oil, liquid, and powder water-soluble formats.
