SECAUCUS, NJ. — Freshpet, Inc. recently announced the launch of its Complete Nutrition Chicken Recipe for dogs. The product is available in a 1.5-oz chub roll and is formulated to provide essential nutrition for dogs.

Freshpet’s Complete Nutrition Chicken Recipe is formulated with natural chicken, which is gently steam-cooked, as well as oats, carrots and spinach. The diet features “fresh, never frozen” ingredients, according to the company.

“The new Complete Nutrition roll by Freshpet offers, as its name describes, all the vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential oils for dogs to be perfectly healthy,” said Gerardo Perez-Camargo, Ph.D., senior vice president of research and development at Freshpet. “It’s also designed with oats, a healthy grain, and it has a texture that makes dogs really enjoy chewing it.”

The new dog food formula joins more than 50 recipes offered by Freshpet, including grain-free and plant-based options. Freshpet’s Complete Nutrition Chicken Recipe is manufactured at the company’s US kitchens and will be available in grocery and pet stores across the country.
