MILWAUKEE — Frankly Pet has expanded its team, adding Jenniffer Colon Marrero to the position of office and customer service manager. In her new role, Colon Marrero will oversee Frankly Pet’s customer service department.

Prior to joining Frankly Pet, Colon Marrero was the office manager at Brother’s Consolidated Heating & Air Conditioning.

At Frankly Pet, Colon Marrero will aid in the company’s office operations, production, website and inventory management, and more. She will also serve as Frankly Pet’s human resources contact, responsible for payroll, invoicing and coordinating office administrative activities.
