SUNRISE, FLA. — Pet Supermarket, a pet specialty retailer, has appointed Chadwick Hamby to vice president of information technology (IT).
Prior to joining Pet Supermarket, Hamby served as vice president of e-commerce operations and solutions at GNC, following an 11-year stint as supply chain solutions manager and director of digital solutions at PetSmart.
“Chadwick is an industry-recognized leader who sets the pace in digital commerce and systems,” said Allen McClard, chief executive officer of Pet Supermarket. “His experience, particularly with pet-care supply and demand, aligns with Pet Supermarket’s growth strategy and indicates his impending success within the company.”
At Pet Supermarket, Hamby will help advance the retailer’s digital integration by boosting its Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, expanding its e-commerce operations, safeguarding digital assets, and ensuring technology is up to date.
