MILKWAUKEE — Frankly Pet expanded its team to include Alice Behnke, its new office and customer service manager. In her role, Behnke will direct Frankly Pet’s customer service department by serving customers and working with distributors to ensure e-commerce orders are completed.

“Alice has a proven track record for providing top notch customer service while promoting and serving client products, and we’re thrilled to have her join our team,” said Alan Snyder, chief operating officer at Frankly Pet. “I’m confident that her enthusiastic attitude and keen attention to detail will play an integral role in providing our customers with the best service possible.”

To improve customer relations, Behnke will develop new strategies and improve Frankly Pet’s internal processes, as well as manage the company’s office operations, production, website and inventory. She will also serve as the company’s human resource contact, directing payroll and invoicing, coordinating administrative activities and meetings, as well as managing databases and company communications.

Outside of her career, Behnke has spent more than 20 years helping dog rescues by fostering, volunteering at shelters, and performing home checks for adopted pets.

Founded in 2018, Frankly Pet manufactures natural beef collagen chews and treats to support joint mobility and skin and coat health in dogs.
