ORLANDO, FLA. — On Oct. 27, Zesty Paws announced it has hired three new vice presidents to help support its continued growth driven by consumer demand. The appointments expand the company’s leadership team within its operations, regulatory and e-commerce segments.

"They all bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a unique perspective as we aim to provide the best products for our customers and consumers.”
Ryan Hunter has been appointed to vice president of operations at Zesty Paws. Hunter has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry and has previously worked for Tailored Pet Nutrition, The J.M. Smucker Company and Ainsworth Pet Nutrition.
At Zesty Paws, Hunter will create and implement facets of the company’s supply chain and technology within North America, ensuring that the company’s operations and systems can continue to supply its domestic and international customers.
Andre Minnaar has been appointed to vice president of quality and regulatory at Zesty Paws. Prior to his new role at Zesty Paws, Minnaar served as director of food safety and director of certification and compliance at Champion Petfoods.
With extensive experience in innovation and food safety, Minnaar will help with quality oversight, support regulatory management and ensure international product registrations.
Matt Dubow has been appointed to vice president of e-commerce at Zesty Paws. He has experience in digital and the CPG industry, previously working at Reckitt Benckiser and serving as vice president of digitally native brands at Packable.
Hunter, Minnaar and Dubow will oversee Zesty Paws and other brands under H&H Group’s North America division.
