ST. JOSEPH, MO. — Tonisity Inc., an animal health company, debuted several new hydration products at SuperZoo 2022, occurring from Aug. 23 to 25 in Las Vegas. The new products expand upon the company’s DoggyRade, KittyRade and YummyRade brands.
Tonisity’s new hydration products include:
- New duck and salmon flavors of both DoggyRade and KittyRade
- DoggyRade Prebiotic Chewies available in peanut butter, banana and chicken flavors
- DoggyRade Travel Kit, which includes a 250-ml pouch of DoggyRade, a 250-ml pouch of YummyRade (a low-fat meal enhancer), a package of DoggyRade Prebiotic Chewies and pet supplies
- TummyRade Kit, which includes 500-ml pouches of DoggyRade, four packets of TummyRade
All the new products are formulated with prebiotics to help support gut health and hydration in dogs. According to Tonisity, the hydration products can also help support a pet’s body temperature, joint lubrication, cognitive function and more.
In data shared by Tonisity, hydration products have shown to benefit pets and their overall health and wellness. According to the company, dogs who drank DoggyRade drank five times more water, and cats offered KittyRade drank nine times more water compared to those offered regular water.
As well as new products, Tonisity also announced its brands DoggyRade and KittyRade will be hosting Heaven Can Wait Animal Society (HCWAS) during SuperZoo 2022. At booth No. 7557, HCWAS will educate pet retailers on their new Pups on Parole Program that strives to prevent the euthanasia of shelter dogs in Las Vegas.
HCWAS’ Pups on Parole initiative pairs dogs with local inmates at a women’s correctional facility for six to eight weeks, providing dogs with temporary homes and socialization. DoggyRade and KittyRade will host HCWAS on Aug. 25 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. PST, showcasing dogs available for adoption.
