GREEN BAY, WIS. — Nature’s Advantage, the youngest brand by Carnivore Meat Company, on Dec. 3 added new product varieties under its existing line of freeze-dried pet food and treat products. The manufacturer first launched Nature’s Advantage in July with a single freeze-dried beef dog treat.

New additions to the Nature’s Advantage line include six dog treats and four complete-and-balanced dog food products. Treat formulas include Chick’n Hearts, Tender Turkey, Minnows, Really Rabbit and Savor’n Salmon. Complete-and-balanced dog food diets include Beef Burger Dinner patties, Butcher’s Beef Dinner, Tasty Turkey Dinner and Craving Chicken Dinner.

Both Nature’s Advantage freeze-dried food and treats are made with ingredients entirely sourced in the United States. All four dog food formulations are Certified Gluten-Free, grain-free and include clean ingredients.

"This brand is focused on the smart pets in our lives who love us unconditionally and work hard to please us every day," said Melissa Olson, vice president of sales. "Pets will enjoy many benefits from eating Nature's Advantage food and treats, but one thing shines through above all – a greater sense of pride in our pets and in ourselves."

Nature’s Advantage dog food and treats are formulated to support overall health and wellness, including skin and coat health, energy and weigh control.

These new products were first launched at 30 Costco stores across the Midwestern United States and online. The expanded line will be made available on Amazon and the brand’s e-commerce platform, www.naturesadv.com.

Carnivore Meat Company has recently bolstered its sales and marketing team, including adding a senior e-commerce manager and digital merchandiser to further develop the online presence of its brands.

"As consumers became more comfortable with making pet food selections and ordering online with home delivery, we noticed increased velocity in online sales of our other brands," said Jeremy Gesicki, senior manager of e-commerce. "This led to the expansion of Nature's Advantage varieties and a new online storefront."

The company shared plans to launch a line of freeze-dried cat food and treats to Nature’s Advantage in early 2021.
