ST. FRANCIS, Wis. — Gott Pet Products has expanded its line of Charlee Bear dog treats to include Meaty Bites, the brand’s first freeze-dried, limited ingredient treats. Each treat is formulated with one protein and one superfood ingredient.
Gott Pet Products showcased the meat treats, along with Charlee Bear’s new package designs, at its booth during Global Pet Expo 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
Charlee Bear’s new meat treats are made in the US. Raw poultry or fish are blended with a raw fruit or vegetable and added probiotics before being freeze-dried. They are free from wheat, soy, corn and artificial ingredients.
“We’re very excited to introduce our first-ever freeze-dried treat into the line,” comments Patrick McGarry, General Manager of Gott Pet Products. “Freeze drying locks in all the nutritional value that was originally present in the treat, making these an extremely healthy alternative for pet parents to feed their dogs.”
Charlie Bear Meaty Bites are available in six formulas: beef liver and apples; beef liver and sweet potatoes; chicken and blueberries; chicken and cranberries; lamb and blueberries; and salmon and sweet potatoes.
Gott Pet Products is a family-owned manufacturer of dog treats that has worked in the industry for more than 25 years. It also produces Hound & Gatos pet foods.
