In addition to a partnership, Tyson has acquired a minority stake in the insect ingredient producer.

The companies have partnered to explore nutritional pet obesity interventions for Better Choice’s Halo brand.

Through the partnership, the brand will aim to support independent pet retailers and advance its growth.
