SALT LAKE CITY — NextPaw, a cloud-based technology company working to help pet industry businesses grow by connecting with local pet parents, has established several partnerships with various pet food and treat brands in 2022.

From July to late November, NextPaw partnered with five pet nutrition brands: Paws Gourmet Bakery, Dr. Marty, Ultimate Pet Nutrition, Brutus Bone Broth, and The Bear & The Rat.

Through these partnerships, local independent retailers will now be able to accept pickup and delivery orders for these brands’ products. Additionally, a Store Locator Solution will allow pet owners to search for the products they need and where to buy them locally, all without leaving the brand’s website.

“We are very excited to help local pet parents find our gourmet dog treats near them,” said Tim Hall, owner of Paws Gourmet Bakery. “We’re always looking for ways to drive awareness to our products, and the stores that carry them. Now we’re giving our customers an additional path to purchase that supports our retail store partners. While our primary mission is to be the healthiest pet bakery in the United States, our secondary mission is to promote retailers in the independent pet channel.”
