MIAMI — Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming has ranked in the Franchise Times 400 list for a second consecutive year, climbing its way to No. 335. According to Woof Gang, the achievement is a testament to its accelerated growth throughout the United States during the past year.

The Franchise Times Top 400 annual list aims to recognize the most prominent US-based franchises. The rankings are based on global system-wide sales, which takes into account five months of extensive research and reporting. According to Woof Gang, the list is the most credible and objective assessment of franchise performance.

Since its beginnings in 2007, Woof Gang has sought to prioritize pets’ health, happiness and wellbeing, as well as that of their owners, by offering premium grooming services, high-quality pet food and supplies, and a more holistic approach to pet care. The franchise has recently made several significant moves toward expansion, increasing its footprint from 17 to 26 states during the past year. In October, the company announced a deal for its 300th store in the United States.

In addition to its rapid expansion throughout the United States, Woof Gang has also set its eyes abroad with its first international retail location in Canada. It also has three new stores under development and one set to open in Oakville, Ontario, this December.

Last year, the pet retail franchise ranked No. 340. According to the list, Woof Gang has witnessed sales growth of 22.5% with global sales reaching $98.4 million in the last year.

“As we celebrate this recognition in the Franchise Times 400, we are reminded of the incredible journey that has brought Woof to where it is today,” said Ricardo Azevedo, chief executive officer at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming. “Our focus on innovation, quality, and spreading joy to every pet we serve has been the cornerstone of our success, and we look forward to continuing bolstering our presence to enhance the lives of even more furry friends and their families.”
