YORKTOWN, VA. — Ryson International announced it will feature its Bucket Elevators at Process Expo from Oct. 23 to 25 in Chicago. The equipment will also be included in the live pet treat production line.
Ryson’s Bucket Elevator is a bulk material conveyor that combines vertical and horizontal transportation all in one unit. The conveying solution features enclosed and overlapping pivoting buckets that help prevent material spillage and keeps out foreign debris. Additionally, the buckets are completely modular and can be customized to have multiple inlets and outlets, which, according to Ryson, can allow a single Bucket Elevator to feed multiple hoppers.
The equipment can carry a range of bulk materials and can be used in the production of pet nutrition products. According to the company, the Bucket Elevators are a unique and highly effective solution to processors’ bulk material conveying needs.
During the live demonstration, a hostess will walk Process Expo attendees through the entire process of pet treat production, from manufacturing to packaging and palletizing. The demonstration will occur three times each day of the show. Representatives from the companies whose equipment are included in the line, like Ryson, will also be on hand to discuss their equipment and technologies.
Ryson will showcase its Bucket Elevators, in addition to other processing equipment, at booth 2854 during Process Expo.
