EAST LONGMEADOW, MASS. — W.F. Young received two awards at the National Animal Supplement Council’s (NASC) 2022 Conference, which was held June 7 to 9 in St. Louis.

The animal health company received the NASC Visionary award, which recognizes founding members of the NASC, and the Visibility award, which recognizes outstanding promotion of the NASC Quality seal. Audra Mulligan, director of regulatory affairs and development of NASC, accepted the award on behalf of W.F. Young.

As a non-profit, NASC is committed to protecting and enhancing the health of companion animals through supplement safety and quality. The council was founded in 2001, following industry concerns surrounding animal supplements, especially for dogs, cats and horses.

In addition to hosting an awards gala, NASC’s 2022 Conference also featured networking opportunities, an exhibition and several educational sessions on science, compliance, business and marketing regarding animal supplements.
