NEW LENOX, ILL. — Nutec Manufacturing announced May 11 it is offering a stainless steel shuttle and tray conveyor, which can be used in coordination with its other food forming equipment.

The Shuttle Conveyors transfer formed product from a perpendicular conveyor to a wire belt. The solution has a shuttle stroke distance of six to 48 feet.

The system can also deposit formed products onto trays prepped for freeze tunnels, ovens or tray sealing processes. The solution is designed to make labor more efficient. The all-stainless-steel construction is optimized for washdown sanitation.
