SEATTLE — Boss Dog announced Sept. 1 the introduction of its Proballs Freeze-Dried Raw Meatball dog treats, the brand’s fifth and latest probiotic-enhanced product for canines. According to the company, each ounce of Proballs dog treats contains one billion live and active probiotic cultures to support gut health.

"I'm passionate about making Boss Dog® the go-to brand for digestive health support," said Vasili Nassar, founder of Boss Dog. "I'm excited to offer Proballs to dog owners across the country.”

Proballs are available in chicken and beef formulas. They are gluten-, corn- and soy-free, and do not contain added hormones, antibiotics or artificial ingredients.

Boss Dog was founded in 2018 with the launch of its Greek Style Frozen Yogurt dog treats, which are also packed with probiotic cultures. The company has since launched three other probiotic-infused products, including a line of complete-and-balanced freeze-dried dog diets with added probiotics, a line of Propuffs treats and raw goat milk for dogs and cats.
