Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) launched the new RBS eZone, an online portal for improved parts and service support, this week at the Western Hemisphere’s largest trade show for the grain-based food industry, the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE).

The RBS eZone offers customers an easier way to request parts and maintain RBS equipment. The system allows customers to access 3-D models of their equipment to easily find parts they need to order and see how to assemble and service their machines. This makes maintenance easier and ordering eZone parts more accurate.

“We are excited to offer our customers around the globe an easier and more accurate way to request parts and give them access to critical information they need to maintain their equipment,” said Mark Priar, director of parts and service sales at RBS. “It was important for us to provide 24/7 access so customers have information immediately when they need it.”

The RBS eZone also gives customers access to digital copies of equipment manuals, schematics and maintenance videos. Customers can access from the home page of under the Parts & Services tab.
