DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY and GLASGOW, SCOTLAND — German premium pet food producer The Nutriment Company and Scottish raw dog food maker Totally Natural Pet Products (TNPP) announced April 24 they have entered a binding agreement in which The Nutriment Company will acquire TNPP for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is expected to close by the end of April.
