GRAFTON, WIS. — ProMach’s Matrix brand, a manufacturer of vertical form, fill and seal (VFFS) equipment for flexible packaging, will showcase the Pacraft TT-8D-N pre-made pouch machine at Process Expo from Oct. 23 to 25 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The packaging equipment will also be included in the live pet treat production and packaging line on the show floor.

Pacraft serves as a leading supplier of pre-made, pouch-filling and packaging equipment and is distributed in North America by Matrix.

Pacraft TT-8D-N is a pre-made pouch machine designed for packaging a variety of products, including pet foods and treats. The equipment can handle several pouch formats, including flat, stand-up, retort and press-to-close. It can open, fill and seal up to 55 pouches per minute with pouch sizes ranging from 4.72 in to 10.23 in and lengths from 5.11 in to 15.74 in.

In the live pet treat production demonstration, the equipment will be used to package 26 bags per minute.

Additionally, Matrix will provide more information on the Pacraft TT-8D-N, as well as other packaging equipment, at booth 3372 during the show.
