EAST LONGMEADOW, MASS. — W.F. Young has added three new personnel to its team. According to the company, the personnel additions reflect its unwavering dedication toward fostering growth, fueling innovation, and continuing its legacy in excellence in animal care.

Giulia Giovanelli was recently appointed e-commerce director at W.F. Young. Giovanelli has experience in developing and executing revenue growth strategies from various companies, including Canson, Inc., and Hamelin Brands. In her new role, Giovanelli will leverage her insights to help foster growth for W.F. Young.

Alongside Giovanelli’s appointment, W.F. Young has also expanded its sales team, naming Tiffany Bianco and Brad Mawby as sales account managers.

Bianco is an equine enthusiast and has more than 30 years of experience in the pet and equine sectors. She worked at MWI Animal Health, during which time she grew her sales territory by 1,900%, and is a recent recipient of the AmerisourceBergen Pursuit of Purpose Award.

Mawby has more than 20 years of experience in retail sales and animal health distribution. He began his career at Iowa Vet Supply and most recently served as a USA retail national account representative.
