ST. FRANCIS, WIS. — Gott Pet Products has hired Becka Sellnow as inside sales and customer service representative.

Sellnow will verify order accuracy for Gott Pet Products’ Charlee Bear and Hound & Gatos brands using CRM and WORCS systems. She will also oversee the two brands’ warehouse orders.

With Gott Pet Products, Sellnow will represent the consumer internally by working to understand customer behaviors, expectations and needs.

She will be tasked with processing regulatory, commercial invoice and sample requests, as well as addressing order change requests and carrier issues for the company. 

Sellnow most recently served as senior AP/AR specialist at Malteurop North America. Before that, she was a quality assurance specialist a Konecranes Nuclear Equipment & Services, LLC.
