PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — Following its merger with NiceLabel in January, Loftware on Oct. 13 debuted a new, unified brand combining the two companies’ now integrated capabilities and offerings as a labeling solutions provider.

According to Loftware, this new brand identity comes at a time of rapid growth. The company stated it is   “record growth” in sales and deployments so far this year. Loftware offers leading solutions, technologies and capabilities to help several industries, now including NiceLabel’s entire portfolio of solutions.

The new brand focuses on Loftware’s vision “to enable companies of all sizes to digitally transform their business and revolutionize their supply chains.” The refresh includes a new logo, mission, strategy and set of core values that reflect both organizations’ strategies.

“I am excited to mark this critical inflection point with the launch of our new Loftware global brand,” said Josh Roffman, senior vice president of marketing and product management at Loftware. “As part of our new organization, we wanted to redefine our identity including a new look and feel to accurately reflect our future vision, strategy, and direction. We believe this new brand captures the true essence of Loftware – bold, modern, global, and innovative, while embracing the personality, humanity, and diversity of the company.

“The combination provided us with the opportunity to redefine who we are as a unified organization,” Roffman added. “We have never been in a stronger position to elevate mission critical labeling and artwork management solutions, transform businesses, and revolutionize the industry.”

To accommodate its unified rebrand, Loftware will launch a combined website optimized for improved user experience for its customers, partners and visitors. It will feature product and corporate information, product resources, a partner portal, downloads, and educational resources, as well as case studies.

“Loftware and NiceLabel have always placed the highest importance in the overall wellbeing and interests of our employees, our customers, and our partners,” said Robert O’Connor, Jr., president and chief executive officer of Loftware. “This on-going commitment is still at the forefront of everything we do, and it further unites us as the one global team. Our size and scale have already allowed us to expand investments in products, people, and systems to the extent neither company could have ever previously considered.

“We now truly offer the industry’s broadest and most advanced solutions, services, and support enabling us to help businesses of all sizes and across all industries to digitally transform their supply chains and solve business challenges,” O’Connor added.

Loftware will host its annual user conference, Convergence, virtually next week from Oct. 19 to 21. During the conference, O’Connor will provide an overview of the company’s new brand identity and how it will impact its business going forward.
