RIVERSIDE, CALIF. — Canine Caviar partnered with Southeast Pet to distribute its dog food and treat products in the southeastern United States.

Southeastern Pet will distribute Canine Caviar products throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The distributor operates two centers in Austell, Ga. And Lakeland, Fla.

According to Bobby Volkert, south regional sales manager of Canine Caviar, the company plans to announce additional distribution partnerships for the Midwest and West Coast later this year. The company also plans to add six new sales representatives in 2021 to boost its presence in the United States.

In May, Canine Caviar expanded its distribution along the East Coast through partnerships with Generation Pet and Nature’s Rules. The company also pulled its products from Chewy.com in June in favor of smaller, independent pet retailers.

Canine Caviar’s products include Open Range alkaline kibbles, the company’s newest line of limited-ingredient kibble, featuring low pH levels and buffalo as the main protein in each diet. The company also produces “synthetic free” canned diets for dogs, formulated without chemicals, gums or BPAs.
