The company has acquired a minority stake in Drools Pet Food. 

The fresh dog food company plans to use the funds from Liquidity to develop its second facility in Poland. 

The philanthropic pet food brand plans to expand in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

The brand plans to use the capital to grow its e-commerce platform, enter new retail locations, expand its product portfolio, and improve research and development. 

The company plans to use the capital to continue its direct-to-consumer success, expand into retail and eventually expand into new regions. 

The investment is intended to support the manufacturer’s efforts in hiring new, experienced personnel.

As part of the deal, former Petco CEO Ron Coughlin will join the dog food company’s board of directors.
