CHICAGO — Pet Supermarket, a regional pet specialty retailer operating in the Southeastern United States, has partnered with Bringg, a delivery management platform. Through the partnership, Pet Supermarket will implement Bringg on Salesforce (BoSF), a tool which will help the retailer manage and enhance its delivery, fulfillment and customer experience operations.
BoSF is a delivery management platform native to Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM). The platform offers retailers improved visibility into the delivery process with fast integration times that allow for seamless branded customer experiences. Pet Supermarket will also leverage BoSF to expand its carrier fleet externally, which is expected to expand its delivery capacity.
"In addition to increased delivery options and visibility, we will utilize BoSF to optimize driver routes and minimize overall costs," said Allen McClard, chief executive officer of Pet Supermarket. "Bringg has provided an innovative solution that has allowed us to scale our delivery options to include same-day and leverage data to respond to customer expectations."
Pet Supermarket currently operates more than 200 stores across the United States. According to the pet specialty retailer, its plans for expansion and desire to stay competitive in today’s proliferated pet marketplace will necessitate improved customer experiences, such as those offered through BoSF.
