OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — ZIWI USA announced Nov. 29 the addition of Mark Livingston as operations administrator. Livingston joins the pet food company’s operations team and will oversee shipping and processing for North American orders.

Livingston offers experience in e-commerce and customer service, which he will leverage in his new role at ZIWI. He most recently served as e-commerce order specialist at Select Brands LLC, where he oversaw warehouse operations, managed orders, worked with retail vendors, and generated social media content. Earlier in his career, Livingston served as customer service manager at Walmart.

Livingston earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in journalism and film from the University of Kansas.
