DARMSTADT, GERMANY — On March 8, Schenck Process released its latest information technology (IT) solution, CONiQ Cloud. This new solution is the connection between in-plant equipment and Schenck Process digital services. CONiQ Cloud provides secure connectivity from Schenck Process machines to secure data storage, including secure user and device management.

The cloud-based solution was designed to help operators manage OEM equipment remotely, in-real time, and respond to process-critical events more quickly.

The initial release of CONiQ Cloud will focus on the application for vibrating screens and provide dashboards and functions to improve condition monitoring. The wide range of technologies and applications that can be connected to the cloud will open-up new functionalities for different machines.

The solution will be released alongside Schenck Process’ IoT CONiQ Monitor, an IoT edge solution that manages sensors, performs analytics and securely pushes all relevant data into CONiQ Cloud.

Also part of the Schenck Process digital portfolio is CONiQ Control which is a flexible control and automation system for use in industrial measuring, weighing and automation technology.

Schenck Process and its partner in developing the CONiQ Control interface, Custom Interactions, received a Red Dot Award in August 2019 for the user-guiding, web-based, intuitive interface design.
