FRANKLIN, TENN. — Mars Petcare announced Sept. 1 it has appointed Ruben Cejudo as vice president of supply chain on the company’s North America leadership team. Cejudo brings nearly 30 years of experience with supply chain strategy and global end-to-end solutions.

Most recently, Cejudo served as vice president of supply chain for global hair care and deodorants at Unilever, where he designed and implemented and end-to-end supply chain strategy for the company. He held other senior supply chain positions in the Middle Americas and North America during his time with Unilever.

Earlier in his career, Cejudo worked for Procter & Gamble for more than 20 years in various supply chain and global roles, during which time he helped redesign the company’s haircare supply chain in Brazil for agility and cost effectiveness.

Cejudo has lived in eight countries across four continents throughout his career, including the United States, Colombia, Switzerland and Thailand.

In his new role with Mars Pet Nutrition North America, Cejudo will be tasked with enhancing the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring flexibility, responsiveness and efficiency. He will lead a team of associates, building on the work of Chris Sackree, interim vice president of supply chain for Mars Pet Nutrition North America, as Sackree transitions to another role within Mars, Inc.
