OWINGS, MD. — On June 1, Brutus Bone Broth announced its dog nutrition products will be added to several grocery stores in the northeastern United States after partnering with distributors United National Foods, Inc. (UNFI) and KeHE Distributors, LLC.

UNFI will distribute Brutus Bone Broth products and Brutus Biscuit dog treats to Donelan’s and Roche Bros stores in Massachusetts. KeHE will distribute those products to Kings Markets, Balducci’s Food Lover’s Markets and Kimberton Whole Foods stores in Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

"We are committed to helping dog lovers enrich their pup's diets and that is why we started Brutus Bone Broth over two years ago,” said Kim Hehir, president of Brutus Bone Broth. "Our partnership with KeHE helps us fulfill our mission of providing affordable, healthy canine nutrition options for all consumers.”

Sue Delegan, chief executive officer of Brutus Bone Broth, added, “We are thrilled to build upon our valued partnership with UNFI to expand our presence and introduce Brutus broth and biscuits on store shelves across Massachusetts.”

Brutus Bone Broth products are also available through e-commerce and pet specialty retail across the United States. The company formulates its products without artificial ingredients or preservatives; and includes human-grade glucosamine and chondroitin to support joint health.

KeHE is based in Naperville, Ill. and operates 13 distribution centers across the United States. UNFI is headquartered in Providence, R.I. and operates 58 distribution centers across the United States.
