This year’s Global Pet Expo brought together nearly 20,000 industry professionals to learn, network and discover new products. More than 1,100 exhibitors across 3,400 booths littered the show floor, showcasing their latest pet foods, products and services.
Hagen Group’s cat-centric brand Catit unveiled its new Double Fusion Freeze-Dried cat food line. The formulas pair freeze-dried raw infused kibble with freeze-dried raw bites. The line includes six recipes, three targeting specific life stages — Kitten, Adult and Senior — and three targeting specific health needs — Skin & Coat, Weight Control and Indoor.
Woof has expanded its line of Pops to include a new Birthday Pops variety to help pet parents celebrate their dogs’ birthdays. These Pops come in a peanut butter and cake flavor, with brightly colored sprinkles, reminiscent of cake pops for humans. The Birthday Pops are meant to be used in tandem with Woof’s Pupsicle toy.
Just before the show floor opened, Colonel Sanders made a brief appearance as part of one brand’s efforts to raise awareness about its new KFC-themed pet toys.
Nulo teased new recipes for its FreeStyle dry dog food line: Small Breed Beef & Sweet Potato and Limited+ Lamb Recipe. Small Breed Beef & Sweet Potato is made with 81% animal proteins and a patented BC30 probiotic to support gut health. And Limited+ Lamb Recipe is made with lamb, methionine and taurine to support cardiovascular health. The company also showcased its recent innovation Cold-Pressed.
Smalls showcased its upcoming innovation: Licks. The wet cat treats are formulated with prebiotics, Omega 3s and other functional nutrients to support cat health while also providing felines with an enjoyable treat. Bird + Fish Licks are designed to support digestion with prebiotics and added fiber. Fish Licks are designed to support skin and coat health with Omega 3s and added fish oil.
Yes, you read that right — Dog Booze. Yappy Hour’s products include beverages for dogs that mimic traditional human spirits, like bourbon, tequila, beer, seltzer, rosé, Champagne and more, taking humanization up a notch.
Amongst the new products, Alex, a giant rabbit, drove around the show floor in his Mercedes-Benz. At one point Alex was joined by a couple friendly Corgis.
Known for its genuine Yak cheese chews for dogs, Yak9 Chews introduced two new formats to its beloved chews: Cheweese and Softeese. Cheweese are cheese churros and Softeese are small cheese bites. Each format is made with natural ingredients, including cold-pressed Yak cheese from Nepal.
Ten Lives debuted its clean rabbit protein cat treats, formulated with rabbit protein created through AI-optimized precision fermentation. Montego Pet Nutrition, a South African pet food manufacturer, showcased its Karoo Wild dog treats. The super-premium treats are formulated with African Antelope as part of Montego’s mission to help revitalizes the Karoo meat game industry.
On the last day of Global, Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Zesty Paws/Solid Gold opened their booths up to kitten guests.
Nestlé Purina Petcare highlighted its new Fancy Feast Gems wet cat food. The pâté cat food comes in the shape of a pyramid with mousse topped with gravy. The food is designed to elevate cats’ mealtime experience, while the unique packaging delivers a convenient and mess-free serving experience for humans.
Lix’s Restore is a mushroom powder supplement that contains fruiting bodies from six different types of organic mushrooms: shiitake, reishi, Phellinus, poria, turkey tail and tremella. Complete with beta-glucans, vitamins and minerals, RESTORE offers anti-inflammatory, antitumor, skin and allergy, digestive and gut support.
Under the Weather’s latest dog supplement is designed for dogs suffering from Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), a degenerative condition that impacts dogs’ spinal discs. The supplement is available in a soft chew and powdered format.
Of the many innovative companies in the Start-Up Pavilion was Pawzler. Pawzler offers a modular pet puzzle, like Legos for dogs. The product aims to offer dogs endless entertainment.
Made By Nacho debuted a variety of new lickable cat treats. Chef’s Treats are lickable mousse treats made with bone broth and available in three protein recipes: Chicken, Tuna, and Salmon & Tuna. Additionally, Chef’s Treats Duos! combine proteins to provide a two-in-one treat. Functional treats include Immune Support, made with chicken and bone broth, and Digestive Support, made with chicken, pumpkin and bone broth.
Totoniks launched its Venison blood-based food toppers for dogs. By upcycling Venison blood, the liquid toppers provide hydration and functional benefits, from supporting gut health to overall performance.
Farmland Tradition’s The Good List dog food is gently air-dried and formulated with 90% animal protein, fish and bone broth and 10% superfood, botanicals, vitamins and minerals to provide pups with a more natural diet. The food is available in three protein formulations: Chicken & Bone Broth, Beef & Bone Broth, and Lamb, Venison & Bone Broth.
JustFoodForDogs showcased its new supplement line for dogs. The soft chews consist of a date base paired with functional ingredients. The line includes Probiotic Booster, Skin & Allergy Aid, Hip + Joint Care, 10-in-1 Bite, and Calming. Each supplement is entirely human-grade.
Polkadog shared its new Salmon Skins for dogs and cats. The product is a smoked jerky treat made from a single ingredient: salmon skin. The treats are handmade at Polkadog’s Boston Fish Pier Kitchen.
In addition to the various pet nutrition companies releasing new products. Feliway, a calming pheromone diffuser for cats, introduced its first treat: Happy Snack. The lickable treats aim to help soothe all cats and are made with chicken.

In addition to its human-grade dog supplements, JustFoodForDogs also showcased its new JustFresh dog food line, a shelf-stable fresh food. Designed to be served as a complete-and-balanced meal or topper, the food is available in four recipes: Home-Cooked Beef, Chicken, Pork and Turkey.
Swell launched its new Pupcake, a premium dog treat formulated with pumpkin. Building upon its gelato for dogs, Pupcake expands Swell’s humanized offerings.
Topz Dog Food showcased its new ultra-humanized products, including its Mealz and Chunky lines. Both lines are cooked sous-vide and can be added to a dog’s existing diet, like dry kibble, to provide the nutritional benefits of minimally processed food.
Primal Pet Foods’ new Dehydrated Goat Milk for dogs and cats serves as a shelf-stable format of its popular goat milk hydrator product. Available in powdered format, the Dehydrated Goat Milk contains vitamins, minerals and probiotics to support digestive and immune health in pets. The product is meant to be mixed with water and can then be served as a liquid treat or a meal mix-in.
In addition to the endless dogs gracing the show floor, cats also made their presence known. In fact, this year’s show had noticeably more felines, either being walked, carried or stroller-ed around. For example, Maine Coon Wolfe made an appearance at Hagen’s booth, munching on Catit’s new Double Fusion cat food.
Within the cat food segment, lickable treats are a major format trend. Reveal teased its take on these treats. The lickable, puree treats are made with high-quality chicken and tuna protein. The treats build upon the company’s wet cat food offerings, seeking to provide felines with quality nutrition and a boost of hydration.
DairyPet debuted its YowUp! brand of diary-based products for dogs. YowUp’s offerings include Frozen Yogurt and Yogurt Squeeze treats. The Frozen Yogurt line serves as an indulgent wet treat. This treat is available in three varieties: Chicken & Apple Flavor, Bacon Flavor and Salmon Flavor. The Yogurt Squeeze offers a variety of functional yogurt treats. This line includes Digestive, made with prebiotics; Skin & Coat, made with salmon Omega 3s and collagen; and Joint Support, made with chicken, collagen and chondroitin. All the treats are low in fat and lactose free.
Instinct Pet Food shared an expansion of its RawBoost pet food line, adding whole grains and functional benefits to the formula. The new products include Light Recipe, made with chicken and brown rice, and Gut Health Recipe, made with chicken and pumpkin. Both formulas pair whole-grain kibble with freeze-dried raw pieces.

GivePet’s new Halloween-themed treats expand upon the brand’s expansion treat offerings. The new line includes two freeze-dried recipes for cats and two biscuit recipes for dogs, complete with strikingly fun packaging. Similarly to its other treat products, each of the Halloween treats are made with high-quality ingredients. Additionally, for each bag of treats sold, GivePet provides a bag to shelter pets in need.
Finfare brought sashimi-grade salmon to pets during the show, launching its new salmon treat and topper products for dogs and cats. The brand’s products are made by cold-smoking and then freeze-drying salmon to offer a highly palatable and nutritious treat or topper. According to the company, this process offers pets a higher percentage of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids to support skin and coat health. Finfare’s product line includes three formulas for dogs — Salmon Skin Strips, Salmon Nuggets and Salmon Crumbles — and three for cats — Salmon Skin Bites, Salmon Nuggets and Salmon Sprinkles.
Fera Pets introduced its new cat-specific supplements, building upon its expertise in pet supplementation. Formulated specifically for felines, the new supplements include: Lysine Immune, made with postbiotics to support immune and respiratory health; Kidney Health, made with probiotics to support kidney health and function and regular detoxification; and Wellness Blend, made with probiotics to support immune, heart, joint and bladder health. Each supplement comes in a powdered format.

The line includes three recipes: Beef Formula, Chicken Formula and Wild Fish & Turkey Formula. Each formula is made with real protein and is minimally processed to preserve nutrients.
Heckova!, a premium, freeze-dried dog food brand, celebrated the show with dog trick demonstrations. The company showcased its superfood formulas and gave pups the mic during “Dogspeak for Delicious” moments.
