The two-day workshop brought together technology professionals, academics, processors and industry experts.

Held from March 15 to 16, the workshop will cover pathogen mitigation, preservation, equipment, trends and more in HPP and freeze-dried pet nutrition products.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln will hold the three-day workshop in person from May 17 to 19.
