The pet food company invites employers, employees and women looking for manufacturing jobs to attend.

Michael D. Wilbur, current CEO of the company’s venture capital division, joined the board of directors on Oct. 21.

Amy McCarthy brings nearly 20 years of animal health and nutrition experience to the position.

She will take the place of Joel G. Newman, who announced his retirement in December 2018 after leading the association for more than 15 years.

Pedro Curry will join the company to drive innovation for its value-added pet food, livestock feed and aquaculture ingredients.

Dr. Renee Streeter will lead operations at BSM Clinical Nutrition.

Cory Harris previously served as a grassroots organizer for two Indiana-based agricultural organizations.

Olu Beck, a veteran of the consumer packaged goods industry, will join the board following Jonathan Marlow’s resignation.

Fred Corbett has previously held sales roles at F.L. Emmert, Signature Pet Products and Mars Petcare.

Brent Kirn joined the company on Aug. 21 as an account manager.
