Carnivore Meat Company has provided its UV sterilization equipment to two health care systems in the Green Bay area to help sanitize PPE for front-line workers.
The company has partnered with leaders from Tyson, the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, and Colorado State University to host a Meat Analysis Webinar Symposium on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
The two companies will combine automation expertise with a sanitary post-extrusion component to improve processing efficiency for pet food applications.
