HAYWARD, CALIF. — Heat and Control acquired Fabcon Food Systems Ltd., a provider of custom-made processing and handling equipment systems for the food industry.
“Fabcon Food Systems manufactures a broad range of innovative, reliable and cost-effective food processing solutions for the snack food, French fry and protein industries that complement our existing range of products, including a full range of vibratory conveyors, allowing us to deliver even more innovative solutions to our global customers,” said Tony Caridis, president, Heat and Control.
Established in 2013, Fabcon Food Systems Ltd., based in the United Kingdom, is known for its processing solutions including processing, product handling, sorting, precision flavoring, weighing and packing systems. For the pet food industry, Fabcon has expertise in handling fresh, chilled and frozen products, from conveying and screening to grading, aligning, dewatering and in-line storage.
