STOCKHOLM — The Nutriment Company (TNC) recently announced the completion of its acquisition of Graf Barf, a German raw pet nutrition company, marking the company’s sixth acquisition of 2025.
Known for its IFS-certified, human-grade production, Graf Barf offers raw meat cubes with whole pieces of beef, lamb and chicken to bring convenience to raw feeding.
According to TNC, this acquisition marks a strategic leap for the company to deepen its roots in Germany and serve as a springboard into Switzerland, Austria and beyond. The acquisition also provides TNC with a shared frozen logistics hub that will serve as the company’s central distribution center for Europe.
“Together, we’re creating a multi-brand, one-stop-shop for premium raw feeding across Europe — and rewriting the rules of natural pet nutrition,” the company shared.
