MANSFIELD, MASS. — Hagen Group announced the appointment of Stephen Barth as senior vice president of Sales across all channels. In this newly expanded role, Barth will oversee all aspects of Hagen’s US sales strategy across independent pet, specialty retail, mass, e-commerce and emerging channels in order to help to drive growth, customer partnerships and market expansion.

With more than 20 years of experience scaling multi-channel businesses in dynamic markets, Barth has a track record of success as a sales executive and strategic business leader. Throughout his career, he has built high-impact strategies that contributed more than 50% of annual revenues, led billion-dollar sales organizations and helped transform companies from the startup phase to major acquisitions.

No stranger to the pet industry, Barth most recently held senior leadership roles at BARK, including vice president of Global Retail Sales and vice president of US Retail Sales, where he helped expand the brand’s retail footprint and strengthen key partnerships. Before that, he spent more than 15 years at Blue Buffalo, where he led pet specialty and food/drug/mass (FDM) channels and played a key role in the brand’s growth and subsequent acquisition by General Mills.
