We are in West Central Ohio, right in the heart of the pet food industry. Our primary facilities are in Ansonia, Ohio, with additional plants and facilities around the region. We serve customers from the East Coast through the far Midwest and from Florida to Wisconsin. We take proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. We then do a mass balance and repurpose those ingredients to monogastric livestock feed. We take wet and dry pet food products and byproducts in the food industry in general. We separate them by splitting off the recyclables, taking the organics, reprocessing them into a value-added product, and putting it right back into the animal food chain.

Product Separator and Destruction 

Our Certified Product Destruction ensures our customers that their product is destroyed and not released into a third-party market or landfill. We do this by managing the chain of custody, delivering a bill of lading and a video of your actual product destruction, and taking ownership and indemnifying each plant with a $5 million named insurance policy per location

Tote Wash System 

We offer our customers a dedicated and customized tote program that includes a throughout washing, cleaning, and sanitizing system each time a tote container is delivered back to their production facility. Our program includes washing with chlorine, disinfecting and sanitizing the trailers, inside and out.  In today’s world of avian influenza, African swine fever, and others, we feel the “ingredient supplier waste removal trucking to pet food plant interface” is the next critical care standard within the pet food industry.

Value-Adds 

Unlike conventional renders that take carbohydrates and grains and would typically use rendering equipment. Our process allows us to blend meat with pathogen kill steps which is critical to any food market. Plus, we avoid landfills and provide back a value-added rebate for the quality products customers are sending us. Those value-adds might be certified destruction and reclaim or their pre- or post-consumer waste to raw ingredients.

These range from wastewater treatment to organic byproducts, including packaged foods, production ingredients, flushes, and whole proteins. If it is organic, in most cases, we can customize a solution and provide value-added processes.
