NEW YORK — Colgate-Palmolive, parent company of Hill’s Pet Nutrition, announced several executive leadership appointments, effective June 16. This includes the promotion of Hill’s Pet Nutrition President John Hazlin to chief growth officer.

In his new role, Hazlin will lead the implementation of Colgate’s 2030 Strategic Plan, as well as enterprise transformation and peer-leading capabilities. He will also be responsible for setting the direction of the company’s global categories and growth functions, including analytics, design, digital, research and development, and supply chain. Hazlin will continue to lead Hill’s Pet Nutrition until the company finds a successor. 

Additionally, Shane Grant has been named chief operating officer of Americas, a new role at Colgate. Grant will oversee the company’s North America and Latin America regions.

Panagiotis Tsourapas has been promoted to chief operating officer of Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa Eurasia for Skin Health and Global Customer Development. Tsourapas has held a global career with Colgate, with roles in customer development, marketing, general management and senior leadership. 

Stanley Sutula III, current chief financial officer, has added additional responsibilities to his role, overseeing Global Information Technology and M&As. 

Prabha Parameswaran has been named vice chair. She most previously served as group president of Growth and Strategy at Colgate. She will serve as vice chair until her retirement on Oct. 1.
