Powered by TwinThread, EXPRO AI uses a sophisticated AI predictive model to analyze historical and real-time process and quality data. The software identifies relationships between critical data points, specifications and operational anomalies to provide actionable insights, allowing manufacturers to predict product quality outcomes and ideal process setpoints. Through this, EXPRO AI can help significantly reduce process variability and enhance consistency in product quality, according to Wenger.
