SUGAR LAND, TEXAS — Sustainable, flexible packaging provider Accredo Packaging announced the appointment of Frank Winter as chief financial officer on May 27. Winter will leverage his experience to lead financial strategy and operations for Accredo, as well as its parent company API Group. 

Winter has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience with more than 13 years in the packaging industry. Throughout his career, he has held roles at Georgia Pacific, Smurfit Westrock and TK Elevator, leading finance organizations through transformation, expansion and operational improvement. 

As a licensed CPA, Winter has a track record of instilling financial discipline, leading financial planning and analysis teams, executing enterprise resource planning initiatives, managing major investments, and guiding companies on successful mergers and acquisitions.
