ALEXANDRIA, VA. — The North American Renderers Association (NARA) announced the appointment of Amy Moulden to the role of director of operations and member relations. In her new role, Moulden will oversee the day-to-day functions of the association and lead efforts to support and engage its members.

“Amy brings important skills and experience to NARA,” said Kent Swisher, president and chief executive officer of NARA. “We are excited to have her join our team and feel she will be a positive presence, bringing strong operational knowledge and a member-focused mindset that will benefit the entire organization.”

Prior to joining NARA, Moulden worked in the rendering industry for Darling Ingredients, Inc. She has a bachelor’s degree in animal science with a focus on agriculture economics. 

“With deep roots in agriculture, I’m extremely humbled to be joining the North American Renderers Association as the director of operations and member relations,” Moulden said. “This industry plays a vital role in sustainability and innovation, and I’m excited to support our members, strengthen relationships, and advance the important work being done across North America.”
