BODEGRAVEN, THE NETHERLANDS — The Fatory, a private-label producer of pet supplement products and a member of the Bioriginal Group, shared April 22 that it has increased its production capacity and automation at its facility in Bodegraven. The company has commissioned a new high-efficiency liquid bottling line, allowing it to deliver high-quality Omega oil products to a growing number of pet nutrition partners.
The new bottling line includes advanced automation, a six-head filler, nitrogen injection to extend product shelf life and freshness, and an automated capping machine. Additionally, the line also features automated labeling, induction sealing and coding systems to ensure precision and consistency across a range of bottle types. According to The Fatory, these features will streamline the production process, resulting in faster turnaround, improved consistency and greater efficiency.

“This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, innovation and operational excellence,” said Björn de Bruijn, managing director of The Fatory. “With this new bottling line, we’re able to improve our efficiency while continuing to meet the needs of our partners while ensuring that we deliver the high-quality products that pets and their owners depend on every day.”
As part of Bioriginal, The Fatory specializes in private-label production of pet supplement products, specifically sheep fat treats and premium nutritional oils. The company offers end-to-end solutions, from product formulation to bottling, to help companies bring customized pet nutrition products to market. The Fatory leverages an extensive, vertically ingredient supply of ingredients, ensuring a reliable, secure supply of nutritional oils, like salmon, krill, algal, flax and borage, according to the company.

“We believe that The Fatory’s growth is tied to the success of our partners,” de Bruijn said. “This upgrade strengthens our ability to support our customers with innovative, high-quality oil solutions — delivered reliably, at scale, and with the flexibility needed to stay competitive in today’s market.”
The Fatory will showcase its products, capabilities and private-label solutions during Zoomark 2025 from May 5 to 7 in Hall 19, Booth E01-E02.
