BRUSSELS — Mars announced its appointment of Helio Fujita as Global People & Organization vice president for its Mars Petcare business. In his new role, Fujita, who will join the company in July, will be part of the Mars Petcare leadership team and Global People & Organization team, reporting to Loïc Moutault, president of Mars Petcare.

Fujita is a seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience in diverse industries, including health, pharmaceuticals and automotive. According to Mars, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Fujita joins Mars from Fresenius Kabi, a global healthcare company specializing in medicine and technology. He has also held senior leadership positions across other healthcare companies including Abbott, Novartis and Sandoz, gaining experience in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
