JOHOR, MALAYSIA — Nutrition Technologies, a producer of insect ingredients for animal feed and pet food, announced its rebrand as Sentara Group. According to the company, this rebrand marks the beginning of an exciting new era following a recent strengthening of its leadership and pending changes in ownership.

“While the company is evolving, its core commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction remains unchanged — and will soon be stronger than ever,” Sentara Group said.

Sentara Group will continue producing its pure black soldier fly larvae products — including insect meals and whole dried black soldier fly larvae — at its separate GMP- and HACCP-certified facility in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with full regulatory approval for export to the European Union and United States.

“Our name is evolving, and so is our commitment to those who rely on us,” the company added. “We are building upon a strong foundation while enhancing our processes, expanding our product offerings, and strengthening our customer support. Our goal is not just to maintain trust — but to exceed expectations.”

According to Sentara Group, the company is actively developing new products, processes and solutions across the circular economy value chain, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to drive sustainable innovation and create additional value for its customers, stakeholders and Malaysia’s black soldier fly ecosystem.

“We are poised to launch cutting-edge products and ventures later this year that will not only advance our mission of sustainability but also support Malaysia’s food security and biotech agendas, elevate industry standards and drive more effective circular economy solutions for agriculture,” Sentara Group said.
