LOS ANGELES — Badlands Ranch, a premium dog nutrition brand founded by actress Katherine Heigl, announced the launch of its new Superfood Complete Bison & Beef formula. The air-dried formula is the latest addition to the brand’s portfolio of Superfood Complete air-dried dog food, which includes beef, chicken, lamb and venison, and wild fish and turkey formulas.

The brand’s Superfood Complete Bison & Beef Formula is packed with protein-dense bison and beef, nutrient-loaded organ meats, heart-healthy salmon, and vegetables and fruits. All the ingredients work together to help support a dog’s digestion, energy levels and overall wellness, according to the company. In order to preserve nutrition, each ingredient is air-dried at low temperatures.

The new formulation contains 87% bison, beef, beef heart, beef liver, beef tripe and salmon to support muscle strength and overall health. The remaining 13% of the formula contains fruits, vegetables and seeds, including sweet potatoes and pumpkin to support gut health, and chia seeds and blueberries to provide antioxidants. The product contains no corn, soy, wheat or fillers.
