BROOKLYN, NY. — Finfare Pet Foods is making its debut in the pet industry with the launch of its line of premium seafood-based treats and meal toppers, which are “meticulously crafted” to deliver great taste, nutrition and sustainability, according to the company. Finfare will debut its product line at Global Pet Expo this month at booth #4487. 

The product line includes Salmon Skin Strips, Salmon Nuggets and Salmon Crumbles for dogs, as well as Salmon Skin Bites, Salmon Nuggets and Salmon Sprinkles for cats. The treats and toppers contain Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids to support skin and coat health, DHA to support cognitive function, amino acids to help maintain strong muscles, and taurine to support heart and eye health.

Finfare’s seafood treats contain responsibly sourced salmon from suppliers certified by Best Aquaculture Practices, the Aquaculture Stewardship Council or the Marine Stewardship Council. The salmon then undergoes Finfare’s “Cold Craft Technology,” which the brand describes as a time-honored, cold-smoking technique followed by freeze-drying to lock in essential nutrients, intensify flavor, and create a unique texture and flavor pets crave. According to Finfare, this process nearly doubles the Omega 3 and Omega 6 levels of the treats.
