LVIV, UKRAINE — Kormotech Group of Companies reported in its 2024 performance overview that the Ukraine-based pet food manufacturer ended the year with sales reaching $162.7 million — a 6.5% increase compared to 2023.
Over the course of 2024, Kormotech sold 83,000 tons of dry and wet pet food, surpassing the previous year’s sales by 10,000 tons. The company’s premium segment led the pack, accounting for more than 37,000 tons or 44% of total production.
Kormotech’s top five markets in terms of pet food sales are Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia and Moldova. In 2024, Kormotech exceeded its strategic plan by 102% in the Baltic markets, with Lithuania standing out for surpassing its sales target by 14%. Currently, the company exports 55% of its products, with plans for a strategic focus on Central and Eastern Europe through 2028.
Kormotech is also actively expanding its commercial teams, strengthening brand visibility and reinforcing long-term partnerships with distributors in key markets.

Moving forward, Kormotech’s team is now focused on revising its “go-to-market strategy,” aiming to position itself among the top five pet food manufacturers in the Baltic markets. The European expansion will help Kormotech get closer to its strategic goal of becoming one of the top 30 global pet food producers and reaching €500 million ($523 million USD) in revenue by 2029.
